Fusion ‘Official Registration Partner of Choice’ for the Association of Event Organisers

Fusion (previously Circdata) has been crowned the coveted status of ‘Official Registration Partner of Choice’ for the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) events throughout 2024.

Building on our long-standing relationship, we are delighted to play such a valuable role at AEO’s prestigious events.

The AEO Forums kick off this year’s event at the Business Design Centre on 26 January 2024. Last year, it attracted over 350 attendees who wanted to listen to over 20 speakers across an array of sessions that provided countless opportunities for like-minded individuals to get together and share ideas.

Each year, the AEO Forums deliver new and innovative content that is essential to the continued growth and development of event professionals and companies, regardless of their size.

The three-stream event covers operations, marketing and sales, and offers a fantastic opportunity to network with industry peers. It also attracts a wide range of people including marketeers, operations professionals, sales professionals and event managers.

With a great speaker line-up covering a wide range of hot topics, the much-anticipated forums offer an unrivalled learning experience for AEO members and the wider industry.

As Official Registration Partner, the Fusion team will be on hand to provide full event registration services, tools and apps throughout the event.  We look forward to bringing our years of experience and on-site registration technology to ‘Deliver Better Events. Simply’.

Fusion enjoyed a packed day at the AEO Forums earlier this month. The theme for this years’ event was Collaborate to Innovate, and this message was captured throughout the day in the numerous panels, workshops and networking opportunities. The 2025 Forum was particularly special for Fusion, as we took on sponsorship of the event , as well as providing the registration services , including front-of-house staffing and self-service badging, facilitating a quick and easy entry for everyone in attendance. In keeping with the theme of the day, there were three busy streams across Marketing, Sales and Ops, all kicking off with social impact consultant from It Takes A Village Collective, Chloe Davies’, discussion on Breaking Barriers: The power of community-led innovation. She demonstrated how she’s embedded community values into every aspect of her career, sharing proven strategies on how to identify and break down misaligned goals and silos before they form.
