Fusion takes centre stage at the AEO Forums

Fusion ‘Official Registration Partner of Choice’ for the AEO Forums worked their magic and delivered a successful event.

Fusion was delighted to be part of The AEO Forums which this year focused on "The Power in You" by providing the tools and knowledge to unlock the potential for personal growth.

As Official Registration Partner, the Fusion team were on hand to provide full event registration services, tools and apps throughout the event. It was the perfect opportunity to launch our new brand which provided a brilliant conversation opener, establishing the foundations and a clear vision for a prosperous partnership with clients.

Steve Russell, Client Services Director at Fusion, had this to say about the event:

“It was great to be with the Team and proudly share our new Vision. I spoke with a number of clients we’ve known for years who were very interested in our future direction. We also showcased a new tablet solution for standalone badging and our zebra scanners producing real time analytics.”

Building on our long-standing relationship with AEO, we were delighted to play such a valuable role across these prestigious events. One of the highlights of The AEO Forums is the People’s Award ceremony.

Herbert Jan Hamersteen, Senior Account Manager at Fusion, presented the People's Award for Senior Marketing Manager to Ramya Jawahar of Informa. We spoke to Herb to find out a little more about the event and how it went:

"The day was amazing, lots of familiar faces and great to be able to chat to them in person away from your laptop and daily inbox. The Forums is always interesting for us as we get an insight into our clients’ world, the challenges they deal with and the areas that matter most to them".

Congratulations to all winners and the remarkable achievements you were recognised for, some of whom are no strangers to the Fusion team, as Mark Turtle, Business Development Manager commented:

“Several of our clients won awards including Nineteen Group and CloserStill. It was great to be part of their success and cheer them on the night”.

We look forward to participating at the next AEO Awards event in June and use our experience to ‘Run Better Events. Simply.’

Fusion enjoyed a packed day at the AEO Forums earlier this month. The theme for this years’ event was Collaborate to Innovate, and this message was captured throughout the day in the numerous panels, workshops and networking opportunities. The 2025 Forum was particularly special for Fusion, as we took on sponsorship of the event , as well as providing the registration services , including front-of-house staffing and self-service badging, facilitating a quick and easy entry for everyone in attendance. In keeping with the theme of the day, there were three busy streams across Marketing, Sales and Ops, all kicking off with social impact consultant from It Takes A Village Collective, Chloe Davies’, discussion on Breaking Barriers: The power of community-led innovation. She demonstrated how she’s embedded community values into every aspect of her career, sharing proven strategies on how to identify and break down misaligned goals and silos before they form.
